• Credit card details and a 10% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

• Final payment balance is required 40 days prior to your arrival date.

• *A 2.5% credit card fee applies to all credit card transactions.

• Direct deposit is available upon request with $35 USD wiring feed to be added to total.

• Meal plans are compulsory and must be sold with accommodation rates. If no selection is made you authorize our reservations team to add them to your booking based on the number of guests and nights booked.

• COVID related cancellation inside 14 Days of arrival we allow a rebook for a future stay.
  

Cancellation Policy

Premature Departure or No Shows – No Refund.

All cancellations must be received in writing.

• Between 0- 40 Days – 100% Cancellation fee. 

• 40 Days + 10% Cancellation fee.
  

For bookings of 4 or more Villas in one booking

• Between 0 - 60 Days – 100% Cancellation fee. 

• 60 days or more -15 % Cancellation fee.
  

Child Policy

0 - 4 yrs stay free, meals and transfer are also free.

5-12 years child policy and rates apply.

13+ yrs considered adult rates.

For bookings of 6 or more Bure/Villas in one booking

Between 0 - 90 Days – 100% Cancellation fee. 

90 days or more - 15% Cancellation fee.

Octopus Resort is not responsible for any variation in exchange rates that may occur throughout the period of your reservation and booking. Gov't tax increases shall be passed on.

Your reservation can be affected by weather, boat issues, or other unforeseeable events. We strongly encourage all of our guests to purchase travel insurance to cover against these issues. In the event of circumstances beyond our control, we will not offer refunds for accommodation, meals or transfers. 

In the event that unforeseen circumstances prevent you from utilising the pre-arranged transfers - this is outside of Distinctive Holiday Homes LLC or the control of the resort and you will be advised by the island teams of alternative options to suit you. Distinctive Holiday Homes LLC reserves the right to cancel any booking which does not comply with our Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to limit group bookings to no more than 4 villas due to the nature of the resort.

DRONE POLICY

The resort has chosen to enforce a ban on the use of Drones whilst at the resort. Whilst we appreciate some operators may choose to contact the local Civil Aviation board to seek approval and a permit, the resort reserves the right to protect the privacy of not only the guests but the private property of the resort itself. We thank you for your understanding and for respecting the resort's policy.

Interruption to Transfers

In the event that unforeseen circumstances prevent you from utilizing the pre-arranged transfers - this is outside of DHH's control and you will be advised by the island teams of alternative options to suit you.

Child Policy

Children rates apply for children aged between 5yrs and 12 years only. Children aged 4 years and under stay and eat for free. For children that are more heartier eaters - upgrades to the main menu are available at any time.
